SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are weight-based and calculated at checkout once your cart has been populated. Rates will vary depending on the size of your order and delivery destination. 

All orders are now fulfilled through our 3PL warehouse. While an estimated shipping cost is provided at checkout, final shipping charges are confirmed once your order has been picked and packed. If there are any adjustments, our wholesale team will be in touch before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, peak shipping periods, and customs clearance processes within the destination country.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Depending on your location and order size, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

DUTIES & TAXES

Shipping costs for orders to the USA, Canada, and Europe include applicable duties and taxes.

Lunalae is not responsible for any additional customs charges, taxes, or delays caused by clearance procedures once the shipment has reached your country.
